1. Overview

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to customers. Purchases made through this website are transactions directly between you and Glossia Nail.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the following policies:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to place an order.

If you permit a minor to use the website through a device or account that you own or control, you are responsible for supervising their use of the Services.

You may not use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Accounts and Customer Information

You may be required to provide information when placing an order or creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment details.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Glossia Nail is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

  • All activity completed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their colors, designs, sizes, shapes, lengths, finishes, accessories, and other relevant characteristics.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of:

  • Lighting and photographic conditions.

  • Product positioning.

  • Minor differences between production batches.

These potential differences do not affect your rights if a product is materially different from its description, defective, unsafe, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Product availability, options, and included accessories are stated on the applicable product page. Customers should review the product description and sizing information before placing an order.

We may update product descriptions, availability, or specifications when reasonably necessary, but changes will not apply retroactively to orders already accepted without notifying the affected customer.

5. Nail Sizing and Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing guide and selecting the size displayed on the product page that best matches their natural nails.

Wear time and reusability vary depending on factors including:

  • Nail preparation.

  • Application method.

  • Adhesive type.

  • Daily activities.

  • Exposure to water or chemicals.

  • Removal and aftercare.

Individual results may vary. Customers should follow all application, removal, safety, and care instructions supplied with the product.

Stop using a product if irritation, discomfort, redness, swelling, or another unexpected reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we confirm that the order will be fulfilled.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.

  • Shipping restrictions.

  • An incomplete or invalid delivery address.

  • A breach of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a cancellation or shipping-address change, contact support@glossia-nail.store within 12 hours after placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details and shipping address before payment.

8. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or indicated on the website.

Applicable product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes will be displayed before the customer completes payment. Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply to international orders where stated in our Shipping Policy or at checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. You represent that:

  • The payment information you provide is accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.

We may correct genuine pricing or technical errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you before fulfillment and provide the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order for a refund.

9. Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to any terms displayed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed.

  • Promotional offers may be limited by date, product, customer, or availability.

Promotional statements, sale deadlines, and discount prices will be presented accurately and will not be used to create false or misleading urgency.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–2 business days.

For eligible orders shipped within the United States:

  • Estimated carrier transit time: 2–5 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days, including processing and transit

International shipping costs and delivery estimates vary by destination and are displayed at checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, public holidays, customs inspections, weather, incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided by email when available. Customers should contact support@glossia-nail.store if tracking has not updated for more than seven days or if a package appears significantly delayed.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, products must generally be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In new and resalable condition.

  • Returned with their original packaging, accessories, and included items.

  • Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, press-on nails that have been worn, applied, filed, resized, altered, or exposed to adhesive cannot be returned as change-of-mind returns.

These restrictions do not limit any rights or remedies available when a product arrives damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer rights, guarantees, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation when a product or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy operates in addition to, and does not replace, any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@glossia-nail.store within 7 days of delivery where reasonably possible. Include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Clear photographs or videos of the product.

  • Photographs of the external packaging if it was damaged.

The seven-day notification request helps us investigate promptly but does not remove any rights that cannot legally be limited by a fixed notification period.

After reviewing the information, we may provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, exchange, refund, or another solution required by applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, layouts, logos, photographs, videos, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Glossia Nail and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce or republish substantial website content.

  • Use our branding in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement.

  • Sell, license, or commercially exploit website content.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. We will not label a review as “verified” unless it meets our applicable verification criteria.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Glossia Nail for reasonable losses, liabilities, or expenses arising directly from:

This section does not require you to compensate Glossia Nail for losses caused by our own negligence, breach, or unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual property, liability, governing law, and payment obligations—will survive termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. No Waiver

If Glossia Nail does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and Glossia Nail regarding use of the Services.

Nothing in this section excludes statements or representations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits liability for misleading or deceptive conduct.

27. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a legitimate sale, transfer, restructuring, or reorganization of the business, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce your rights.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence.

The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, subject to any legal right a customer may have to bring a claim in another competent jurisdiction.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, policies, business operations, or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights that customers acquired under an order placed before the change.
