At Glossia Nails, we are passionate about delivering our handcrafted press-on nail sets to nail lovers around the world.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $49 USD.

🪄 Handcrafted Just for You

Each Glossia Nails set is carefully handcrafted and made to order. This allows us to create beautiful, high-quality nails while also reducing unnecessary waste.

Please allow 2–5 business days for our artists to prepare and craft your order before it is shipped.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

Your order will be shipped as soon as your nail set has been completed. Please note that we process and prepare orders on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are based on average estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unexpected situations.

Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. Please allow a little extra time for the carrier to update the tracking information. If your tracking has not updated for more than one week, please contact us at support@glossianail.store, and we will help contact the shipping partner to investigate.

For customized nail orders, shipping timelines may vary depending on design details, material availability, color adjustments, and communication with our customer service team. Please contact us to confirm the estimated timeline for custom orders.

🚀 Express Shipping Notice

Orders containing liquid items, glue products, removers, oils, or battery-powered items may experience delays due to customs and safety inspections. Delivery within 2–5 business days is not guaranteed for these products.

In some countries or regions, orders containing liquid or battery-powered items may not be eligible for Express Shipping.

This may include products such as nail glue, glue remover, cuticle oil, removal tools, UV lamps, or other liquid or electronic nail accessories.

📌 Address Changes & Order Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@glossianail.store within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, your order may already be in production, processed, or shipped. Once this happens, we may no longer be able to cancel, edit, or intercept your order.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is lost, stolen, delayed, or does not arrive as expected. At Glossia Nails, we care deeply about your shopping experience and will do our best to support you.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. However, if your package appears to be lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@glossianail.store.

Our customer service team will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible solution.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Glossia Nails is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

❤️🩹 Shipping Damage Notice

In rare cases, packages may be damaged during transit. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when you have been waiting for your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@glossianail.store within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos or videos of the damaged package

  • clear photos or videos of the damaged items

Damage claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

We will always do our best to review your case fairly and help make your Glossia Nails shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible.
